Hello... and welcome to my website where I showcase my creative art - photography. As an expat Brit, ever since the age of about 8, I have always been excited to hold a camera in my hands. Like any child I would jump from one interest to another and then come back to the cameras again and again.
As an adult, again my life has naturally presented me the opportunities to reach for my camera, particularly when handling a long distance romance with my now wife Maria while I was still based in England. Moving to California in 2004, what an opportunity that gave me to hold a camera again. Creating beautiful images and memories as a newly married couple we moved to digital photography which really gave us the scope to increase the use of that shutter button.
However it was in late 2007 when Maria become pregnant with our little girl Bethany Victoria, the shooting became much more serious and with a DSLR at hand we started creating a lot of great images with our newborn being our most gorgeous subject.
So now 4 years later in 2012, I am now renowned as the goto family photographer, and I have invested in some fabulous equipment, essential training, and endless hours of practice and editing images to produce the perfect image. I have even been chosen to photograph two sweet sixteen events, and many special family events and a graduation or two. My work has grown culminating last September when I received a complimentary critic from Gregg Cobarr who has over thirty years of professional experience with such music industry clients as Columbia and Epic Records, RCA, Capitol, Curb and Warner Music. In the TV and movie industry, he has done work for 20th Century Fox and Columbia Pictures. Gregg hosted a Masterclass which I attended and provided me great feedback on some images of a model I photographed during that class.
During 2012 I look to expand on my photographic experience, developing my skills and knowledge as well as my rapidly expanding equipment list. I would love to talk with anyone who would like me to work on any projects to further develop my portfolio and continue on this exciting and rewarding path.
